Delete Account Konto löschen

Option 1: Delete from the App (Immediate)

You can delete your account directly from the Vocado app:

1. Open the Vocado app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account
4. Tap Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: Request via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to privacy@vocado.pro with the subject line "Delete my account". Please include the email address associated with your Vocado account. We will process your request within 14 days.

Data That Gets Deleted

• Your user account and profile
• All voice notes and transcriptions
• All audio recordings (on device and in the cloud)
• Tags and organization data
• AI-generated versions and rewrites
• Usage history

Data That May Be Retained

• Subscription billing records managed by Google Play are retained by Google in accordance with their policies.
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that contains no personal identifiers.

Option 1: In der App löschen (sofort)

Du kannst dein Konto direkt in der Vocado-App löschen:

1. Öffne die Vocado-App
2. Gehe zu Einstellungen
3. Tippe auf Konto
4. Tippe auf Konto löschen
5. Bestätige die Löschung im Dialog

Dein Konto und alle zugehörigen Daten werden sofort gelöscht.

Option 2: Per E-Mail anfordern

Wenn du keinen Zugriff auf die App hast, sende eine E-Mail an privacy@vocado.pro mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen". Bitte gib die E-Mail-Adresse an, die mit deinem Vocado-Konto verknüpft ist. Wir bearbeiten deine Anfrage innerhalb von 14 Tagen.

Daten, die gelöscht werden

• Dein Benutzerkonto und Profil
• Alle Sprachnotizen und Transkriptionen
• Alle Audioaufnahmen (auf dem Gerät und in der Cloud)
• Tags und Organisationsdaten
• KI-generierte Versionen und Umschreibungen
• Nutzungshistorie

Daten, die aufbewahrt werden können

• Abonnement-Abrechnungsdaten, die von Google Play verwaltet werden, werden von Google gemäß deren Richtlinien aufbewahrt.
• Anonymisierte, aggregierte Analysedaten, die keine personenbezogenen Daten enthalten.
